National Confference of 10th September closed down the project activities, making their summary with emphasize on laboratory analysis whose results could be found at point 4 (database). The large and diverse participation (meat and livestock industries, authorities, university proffesors and students, researchers) contributes to high level debates corresponding to the ambitious project goals.
